The woman behind every event
Mary is the passionate, caring face behind each Turning Point event. Affectionately called the “energizer bunny” by her husband, she is always on the move, usually for someone else’s benefit.
Mary has been designing & coordinating events for decades. Introduced to the event business through charity fundraisers, she got her start planning raffles & auctions for her three daughter’s school functions.
Mary’s interest in wedding planning took off when her oldest daughter got married. She quickly realized wedding planning combined her love of people, eye for design, and action-oriented personality. She spent the next few years designing & executing weddings for friends on the side, and her interest grew. After her youngest daughter went off to college, Mary got her wedding planner certification and started Turning Point Events.
Since then her loyalty to clients and relationships with vendors have made her a success in the wedding industry. She’s won countless awards from The Knot & Wedding Wire and been featured in Wedding Day Magazine, Cincinnati Magazine, & Whimsically Wed.
